02 · Fit

With the pen switched off, align and twist to lock as directed by your M8 or M7s instructions. Keep fingers away from the tip; never force the connector.

03 · Replace

Use once for one person and one session. Switch off before removal and dispose of the used cartridge through an appropriate local sharps route.

Follow the preparation instructions supplied with your exact device and cartridge. Do not improvise a sterilization method or clean a used tip for another session.

Will these fit both the M8 and M7s?
Yes. This range is for Dr. Pen M8 and M7s. Check the model printed on your device before ordering.
Are M8, M8s and M8 Max the same cartridge system?
No. These are separate model names. This listing is for M8/M7s; choose cartridges listed for your exact model if your device says M8s or M8 Max.
Will they fit the M7 or other Dr. Pen models?
This listing does not cover M7, A11, A9, A8S or other models. M7 and M7s are different model names. Do not force an unfamiliar cartridge into a device.
What is the difference between the numbered options?
11, 16, 24, 36 and 42 identify the number of microneedles in the cartridge. Start with the treatment area and care goal in the guide above. Pin count alone does not determine depth, comfort or results.
Which option should I compare for facial texture and fine lines?
Compare 16-pin for general facial care and 11-pin when the plan focuses on localised areas. Their uses overlap; skin condition, area and the chosen procedure matter more than a simple lower-or-higher number.
Which options should I compare for body texture or stretch marks?
36-pin has M8-specific body-care positioning. General cartridge guidance also groups 24- and 42-pin with larger-area options. These are selection references, not promises that a particular count will remove stretch marks.
What is the difference between microneedling and Nano?
Numbered cartridges contain microneedles for a microneedling procedure. Nano formats are positioned for surface skincare and product application. Nano is not a substitute for a procedure targeting depressed scars.
How do Round, Square, 3D and 5D Nano differ?
They are different tip-format options. Their surface-care goals overlap. We do not assign separate scar, pigmentation or anti-ageing results to these names, or treat 3D/5D as depth settings.
Can these be used on active acne, flat marks or acne scars?
Do not needle inflamed acne, infected skin or open wounds. Flat post-acne marks concern colour, while depressed scars concern texture; they need different assessment. Healed depressed scars may be considered for professionally planned microneedling, with no guaranteed result from one cartridge type.
Are they suitable for scalp or hair-growth care?
Scalp care requires its own assessment and procedure. This listing does not recommend a particular tip for hair loss or promise regrowth.

Packs & what arrives

How many cartridges are in a pack?
Choose 20pcs, 50pcs or 100pcs in the Pack option. The selected pack size is the number of individual cartridges, not the number of needles per cartridge.
Can I mix different needle types in one pack?
Each pack contains one selected cartridge type. It is not a mixed assortment. To order different types, add each type as a separate item.
What does “50pcs + 16pin” mean?
You receive 50 individual 16-pin M8/M7s replacement cartridges. It does not mean 50 needles in each cartridge or a selection of different tips.
Does this include a microneedling pen or serum?
No. This is a cartridge-only refill pack. The pen, serum, charger and other procedure or aftercare supplies are not included.
Is each cartridge individually packaged?
Yes. Each cartridge is individually packaged. Keep unused units in their unopened packaging until needed.
Will I receive every type shown in the photos?
No. Photos illustrate cartridge formats. Your order contains only the type and quantity you select; photo groupings do not represent the pack contents.

Installation & single use

How do I install a new cartridge?
Switch the pen off. Check the individual package and cartridge, open only when ready, align the connector with the pen and gently turn it into the locked position described in your model’s instructions. Confirm it is secure before switching on. Do not touch the tip.
Is the connector universal or push-fit?
It is a model-specific twist-to-lock connection. Align and turn gently according to the M8 or M7s instructions; it is not a universal push-fit attachment.
What if it will not lock or feels loose?
Stop and check the device model and alignment. Do not force, modify or run a loose cartridge. Contact elleinbeauty with your order number, device-model photo and a clear photo of the unused connector.
How do I remove it after use?
Switch the pen off and follow its instructions to unlock the cartridge. Handle the cartridge body without touching the tip, then place the used unit in an appropriate sharps container.
Can I clean and reuse a cartridge?
No. Use a fresh cartridge for each session and each person, including Nano. Washing, soaking or disinfecting does not make a used cartridge suitable for reuse.
Can I share a cartridge if I clean it?
No. Do not share cartridges, including between family members.
What depth, speed or frequency should I use?
These refill options do not prescribe a treatment setting. Follow your exact device instructions and a qualified practitioner’s plan for your skin, treatment area and recovery. Do not infer depth from pin count or a Nano format name.
Can I use any serum with the cartridge?
No. Choose procedure and aftercare products appropriate to the planned treatment and your device instructions. A normal cosmetic serum is not automatically suitable for use with a skin-puncturing procedure.

Packaging, storage & support

What should I check before opening a cartridge?
Check the individual seal, model/type information and any expiry or lot details on the supplied packaging. Do not use a package that is open, torn, wet, damaged or past its marked expiry date.
What if the tip looks damaged or does not move normally?
Do not use it. Stop the pen, retain the order and packaging information, and contact elleinbeauty. Do not test a questionable tip on skin.
How should I store unused cartridges?
Keep them unopened in a clean, dry place, protected from heat, moisture and direct sunlight, and out of children’s reach. Follow any storage instructions and expiry date printed on the packaging.
How do I dispose of used cartridges?
Treat used cartridges as sharps. Put them in an appropriate puncture-resistant sharps container and follow your local collection and disposal rules. Do not leave loose used tips in household waste or recycling.
Are these genuine Dr. Pen cartridges?
Yes. elleinbeauty supplies genuine Dr. Pen replacement cartridges. These refill cartridges do not come with an individual authentication code. The absence of a cartridge code alone does not indicate a counterfeit.
What should I send if my order is wrong or damaged?
Contact elleinbeauty using the contact option on this store. Include your order number and clear photos of the received type, quantity, individual packaging and any damage. Keep affected cartridges unused while we review the issue.
Can opened cartridges be returned?
